3. Client Responsibilities

• Disclose any previous visa refusals, criminal records, or medical conditions that may affect your application.
• Attend all scheduled embassy interviews or medical examinations on time.
• Acknowledge that submitting forged or fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of our services without a refund.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Our service fees are independent of government application fees, embassy fees, or medical test charges. All service fees paid to Chahal Visa for consultancy and processing are non-refundable once the application compilation process has begun, regardless of the final decision made by the immigration authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chahal Visa shall not be held liable for any delays, financial losses, or damages resulting from sudden changes in immigration laws, embassy processing delays, or rejection of applications by the authorities. Our liability in any event shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the client to our agency.
